For 2007, Cindy Komar was recognized as the top agent who joined Keller Williams possessing the highest closed transaction sales volume. For her accomplishments, Cindy recently received the Shooting Star 2007 award for her broker Market Center AND the entire Southeast Region of Keller Williams! Cindy and her complete team of three licensed agents and an assistant joined Keller Williams from another broker in September 2007.

"This award would not have happened without the tireless efforts from my team", Cindy stated when asked how 2007 volume matched her sales of 2006 during a declining 2007 market. "We predicted the challenges, and made several strategic adjustments that were necessary to service buyer and seller clients successfully in a changing market. We simply refused to allow the market conditions to dictate our performance".
