Annette Hodges
Annette began her 11 years with Hedgewood Homes, a prominent local custom homebuilder, as the Director of Human Resources. In 1998 she became the Assistant Treasurer with the responsibility of signing all contracts and attending all closings as the company's representative.
In 2002 Annette became an onsite sales agent, selling new homes priced from $300K to $900K totaling over 92 million in revenue. Annette represented Hedgewood Properties in several notable communities, including Chattahoochee River Club, Vickery, and Westbrook, where she was responsible for managing the onsite operations and sales and marketing for the community.
