Team Credentials & Bios

Licensed in 2007, Bob Komar joined his wife Cindy's team following an accomplished career spanning 29 years in the $700 billion foodservice industry. With 15 years at Heinz USA as National Sales Manager, and another 14 years of Sales & Marketing executive service at UniPro Foodservice, Bob's management experience and corporate contacts are extensive.



In 2004, Bob built and launched Cindy Komar's HOME TEAM, which effectively expanded Cindy's capabilities in services and reach to her clients. Together, they implemented a Strategic Business Plan, an aggressive Marketing strategy to support Cindy's clients, and systems to measure every component of Cindy's business and market conditions.

THE KOMAR TEAM was branded during the transition to Keller Williams Realty in Q3 2007. Bob is the Team Leader, and his responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing, finance, and most important, maintaining the Team's listing portfolio and client services on a daily basis. Bob also manages third party vendor programs and agent productivity for the Team.

Bob recently restructured the Team to strengthen the array of services and benefits that are available to clients in today's more demanding real estate market. These services include short sale assistance/foreclosure avoidance for homeowners, a division to staff new home communities, and an REO model to market bank-owned properties.
