The KOMAR TEAM is structured to service all your home buying needs. We have several buyer's only agents who work exclusively with buyers (they do not list homes). You determine your home requirements, and communicate these to one of our agents. The agent will perform a search using advanced software that precisely matches the available homes to your criteria. A buyer sheet for each property can be emailed, faxed, or mailed for your review. Our agent will then schedule appointments for you to view each home that you select to see. The process is simple, painless, and efficient for you!
Our buyer's agents work diligently and patiently for you and your family. They realize that viewing a number of homes can be a confusing and stressful experience. Your time and their time are valuable, and they will work for you tirelessly in return for your commitment to purchase a home. You may be asked to sign a Buyer's Brokerage Agreement which will entitle you to full agency to client representation.

Many home buyers purchase a NEW home from a builder or new home community without an agent. Buyer Beware!! The onsite agents there represent the builder - they do NOT represent your rights.
